Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2.0 (FCA 2.0)
While driving, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist 2.0 (FCA 2.0) helps avoid frontal collisions by providing alerts and steering wheel vibrations if there is a risk of coming into contact with, for example, a vehicle, powered two-wheeler, pedestrian or cyclist, and, if that risk increases, it will assist with braking[I1].
Lane Following Assist (LFA)
Lane Following Assist (LFA) uses the vehicle’s front windshield-mounted camera to detect lane markers and preceding traffic on the road, plus it can provide steering assistance to help you stay safely centred in your lane while driving[I1].
Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)
When driving above a certain speed, if you start leaving a lane without using your turn signal, Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) can alert you and assist with steering to help keep the car centred[DA2][I1].
High Beam Assist (HBA)
When driving at night, High Beam Assist (HBA) can automatically enable the car’s high beams (provided it is safe to do so). It will also detect nearby vehicles through the windscreen-mounted camera, and automatically disable the high beams when at risk of dazzling a nearby driver[I1].
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA)
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) uses rear radar sensors to help monitor vehicles in your rear blind spots, and if detected, can issue warnings via audible alerts and haptic steering wheel vibrations[I1].
Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist (RCCA)
When backing out from a parking spot, if Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA) detects vehicles approaching from the left or right, the sensor can issue an audio-visual alert and, if necessary, initiate the brakes[DA2][I1].
Safe Exit Warning (SEW)
Safe Exit Warning (SEW) can detect oncoming vehicles approaching from the rear and alert you that it may be dangerous for passengers to exit the vehicle, specifically with a sound as well as a pop-up visual warning on the dashboard[DA2][I1].
